Valeris is hiring a Care Coordinator to manage patient cases from initiation to resolution, including benefits investigation, prior authorizations, and program eligibility. You will communicate clearly with patients, prescribers, and stakeholders via email and calls, using Valeris’ Lynk technology to ensure accurate, timely outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and patient-first service in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualificações

• Detail oriented and professional telephone etiquette.
• Customer service and healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.
• Remote work eligibility is subject to criteria and business need.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with patients, prescribers, and client stakeholders.
• Perform program welcome calls and explain coverage options to patients.
• Manage inbound calls and triage patients to internal resources.
• Provide personalized case management and communicate benefit coverage steps.
• Document activities in the Lynk system and adhere to SOPs.
