Valeris is a life sciences commercialization partner focused on helping patients access and adhere to complex medications. The Executive Care Coordinator role supports patients through benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and reimbursement challenges, using Valeris’s Lynk platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in insurance reimbursement, patient access, or patient education.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey from initiation to closure using program rules and Lynk.
• Perform benefit investigations and manage prior authorizations and appeals.
• Provide personalized case management to patients and healthcare providers.
• Educate providers and patients on benefits, eligibility, and Payor processes.
