Valeris, Inc. is seeking an Executive Care Coordinator to guide patients through access and reimbursement processes for complex medications. You will perform benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals, while communicating clearly with patients, prescribers, and caregivers.

Proficiency in HIPAA, medical terminology, and insurance guidelines is essential. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely case management, and collaboration with healthcare providers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience in insurance reimbursement, patient access, direct patient care, or patient education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
• HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines understanding.

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and inquiries from patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
• Perform benefits investigations and prior authorizations/denial appeals.
• Educate and assist patients on coverage options and program requirements.
• Document all activities in the Lynk system with detailed records.
