Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader in Alabama to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture. You’ll manage onboarding, payroll, and crewmember development in a fast-paced kitchen environment with customer interaction.

The role involves shift management, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness and safety. We offer weekly pay, competitive pay with monthly bonuses, and multiple benefits for full-time managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly non-management crewmembers
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules
• Manages performance and coaching of hourly crewmembers
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces company policies and standards
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation
