Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our culture. You will manage onboarding, schedules, and performance for hourly crewmembers in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience in retail or restaurant management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers and manages onboarding.
• Creates schedules and oversees payroll for hourly staff.
• Manages performance through coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.
• Ensures cash handling accuracy and overall restaurant compliance.
• Upholds company policies and standards; delivers excellent customer service.
