Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our standards and culture. This full-time role involves overseeing onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and cash handling while ensuring exceptional customer service and a clean, safe dining environment.

You will be responsible for enforcing policies, managing shifts, and contributing to the restaurant’s profitability.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Open and close the restaurant; act as manager on duty and manage cash handling.
• Hire and terminate all hourly crewmembers; onboard, status change and payroll processes.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules; monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety; enforce policies and drive customer service excellence.
