Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant activities.

Your role involves managing onboarding, payroll, scheduling, and performance of hourly crewmembers, while ensuring exceptional customer service and everyday operational excellence. This full-time position requires leadership, flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
