Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will oversee onboarding, scheduling, payroll for hourly crewmembers and manage performance, while ensuring restaurant safety and cleanliness. This role requires leadership, dedication and a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and travel for training.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• New restaurant opening experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers (coaching, documentation, etc.).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
