Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture. The role includes managing crewmembers, onboarding, payroll, scheduling and performance, as well as opening/closing duties and cash handling.

The position requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management, 18+ years old, a high school diploma (some college preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• New restaurant opening experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers.
• Onboards, changes status and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates work and training schedules.
• Manages performance and coaching.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and accountability.
• Enforces policies and standards.
• Executes shift meetings and safety standards.
• Deploys crewmembers during shifts.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Uses rewards/ recognition programs.
• Authorizes manager-approved actions (discounts, promotions).
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and upkeep.
