Job summary

The Escape Game in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Team Leader in Training to join our full-time hospitality team. You will lead a crew of 4–15 players and help ensure a five-star guest experience from opening to close.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in guest-facing roles, flexible evenings/weekends, and the ability to handle physical tasks with a positive, service-driven attitude. Uniform standards apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leadership in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must handle physical activity: cleaning, painting, standing, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand long periods (75–80% of shift).
• Adhere to Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4–15.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere.
• Open and close the store and ensure games start on time.
• Facilitate team member breaks and coach with Continuous, Gracious Pressure.
• Address minor maintenance issues and ensure five-star guest experiences.
