Job summary

The Escape Game is seeking a Team Leader to guide a 4-15 person front-of-house team while upholding our hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will embody our mission and TEG’s 4 As—Attitude, Appreciation, Adaptability, Awareness—while ensuring every guest has a five-star experience. Flexible nights, weekends, and holidays are required; you may perform physical tasks such as cleaning, painting, standing, and light repairs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability in a guest-facing setting, 1–2 years preferred.
• Flexible availability; this role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity related to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30–40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods (about 75–80% of shift).
• Align with Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities
