The Escape Game seeks a Team Leader to guide a 4–15 person team in a fast-paced guest-service environment. You will anticipate guests' needs, uphold hospitality standards, and empower teammates to deliver five-star experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in guest-facing roles, flexible availability for nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks. This on-site role at our DC location emphasizes teamwork and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in guest-facing roles.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–15 during shifts and foster a fun, positive atmosphere.
• Ensure store opens/closes on time and games start as scheduled.
• Manage cash/inventory and handle minor maintenance issues when needed.
• Uphold service standards and coach teammates using constructive feedback.
