The Escape Game is seeking a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality, lead a 4–15 person team, and ensure guest experience excellence. This on-site role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on maintaining high standards, smooth operations, and proactive problem-solving across shifts.

as a Team Leader you will drive customer satisfaction, supervise staff performance, and collaborate with management to keep the store running at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leadership in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to perform physical activity (lifting 30-40 lbs, standing long periods) and complete cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to uniform standards and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4–15 teammates.
• Open and close the store and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Ensure games start on time and guest experiences are five-star.
• Manage team breaks and morale; coach with Continuous, Gracious Pressure.
• Address minor maintenance or inventory issues as needed.
• Uphold hospitality standards and resolve guest concerns on shift.
