Job summary

SavATree seeks an Arborist Assistant to support sales through outbound calls, lead generation, proposals, and appointment scheduling. You will maintain sales calendars and the customer database while delivering excellent service and processing payments.

The role requires strong communication, an associates degree or higher preferred, and experience with AR/AP, payroll, HR, benefits, and multiline phone systems. Training and evolution within the arboricultural industry are offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone manner.
• Previous success with outbound calling.
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, multiline phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support through outbound calls and lead generation.
• Create proposals and schedule appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars and the customer database.
• Provide world‑class customer service and process payments.
• Administer branch paperwork and general administrative support to Sales Arborists.
