Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Arborist Assistant in Dayton, OH to support sales and branch operations. You will make outbound calls, generate leads, create proposals, and schedule customer appointments while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate records.

You will also assist with payments, database management, and paperwork to support Sales Arborists. A strong focus on accuracy, communication, and team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outbound calling and sales experience (2+ years a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars and appointments.
• Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls.
• Build rapport and process payments with customers.
• Administer customer database and keep records accurate.
• Complete paperwork and support Sales Arborists.
• Participate in call monitoring and coaching for training.
