Job summary

SavATree in Redwood City, CA is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations. A typical day includes outbound sales calls, creating proposals, scheduling customer appointments, and maintaining multiple calendars.

You will also provide outstanding customer service, build rapport with customers, and help process payments while administering the customer database. This role offers collaboration with Sales Arborists, training opportunities, and a chance to grow within

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
• 2+ years outbound calling and sales/marketing experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars.
• Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls.
• Build positive rapport with customers and process payments.
• Administer the customer database and maintain accurate records.
• Complete paperwork efficiently and support Sales Arborists.
• Participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support.
