SavATree is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations in Dayton, OH. You will make outbound sales calls, create proposals, schedule appointments, manage calendars, and deliver world-class customer service on inbound calls.

You’ll process payments, maintain records, and assist Sales Arborists in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or higher (preferred), strong communication skills, and experience with MS Office and

Competenze

Associate degree or higher preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
2+ years outbound calling and sales experience a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and databases
Experience with AR/AP Payroll HR and multiline phone systems desired
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Mansioni

Make outbound sales calls and generate leads
Create proposals and schedule customer appointments
Maintain multiple sales calendars
Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls
Build positive rapport with customers and process payments
Administer the customer database and maintain accurate records
Complete paperwork efficiently and support Sales Arborists
Participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support
