SavATree LLC in Dayton, OH seeks an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations. You'll make outbound calls, create proposals, schedule appointments, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining records and assisting Sales Arborists.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases; associate degree preferred. This is a fast-paced role in a collaborative team focused on growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional phone manner.
• Experience with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Create proposals and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars.
• Provide world-class customer service on inbound calls.
• Build positive rapport with customers and process payments.
• Administer the customer database and maintain accurate records.
• Complete paperwork efficiently and support Sales Arborists.
• Participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality.
