Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Arborist Assistant to supply sales support—outbound calls, lead gen, proposals, and appointment scheduling—while maintaining calendars and client databases. You’ll deliver excellent customer service and handle payments, with broad branch support including admin tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, office software skills, and 2+ years in sales/marketing. Some HR/payroll experience and authorized work in the U.S. are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including telephone manner.
• Experience with outbound calling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and databases.
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits.
• 2+ years in sales/marketing a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support through outbound calls and lead generation.
• Create proposals and schedule appointments.
• Maintain multiple sales calendars and customer databases.
• Answer calls and deliver world-class customer service.
• Administer branch paperwork and files; support HR/payroll tasks.
• Participate in call monitoring and coaching for training.
