Qualifications

• 1–4 years B2B tech startup SDR experience with multi-channel prospecting.
• Experience with AI-powered sales tools and automation platforms.
• Natural leadership skills and excitement to build SDR processes from the ground up.
• Genuine curiosity about AI technology and comfort discussing technical challenges with engineers.
• Resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential prospects building AI applications, from startups to enterprise organizations
• Experiment on multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, Twitter) using SDR tools and creative approaches
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives with technical decision-makers
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging based on prospect conversations
• Build relationships in AI communities through developer engagement, meetups, and conferences
