Job summary

Inworld is hiring an SDR/BDR based in the SF Bay Area, with a focus on outbound, multi-channel outreach to open conversations with technical buyers. You will help shape our prospecting playbook and drive early-stage pipeline.

The role requires 2+ years in SDR/BDR, comfort with AI prospecting tools, and strong communication skills. You will work on-site at the Mountain View office several days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role with a track record of meeting targets.
• AI-native outbound approach and familiarity with AI prospecting tools.
• Ability to discuss technical products with engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Self-directed in a small, evolving team with changing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline targets: Own a monthly target for qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Cold outreach: Conduct daily outbound to start conversations and book meetings.
• Multi-channel prospecting: Call, email, LinkedIn, and events follow-up.
• AI-assisted research: Use AI to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale.
• Meeting quality: Qualify prospects and provide context to AEs for first calls.
• CRM & metrics: Keep CRM up to date and track activity and conversions.
• Testing & feedback: Try new talk tracks and share results with the team.
