Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in high-growth firms.
• Experience identifying opportunities and generating qualified pipeline.
• Ability to design multi-channel outreach and messaging strategies.

Responsibilities

• Be a founding member of the SDR team and help establish outreach playbooks.
• Own top‑of‑funnel pipeline generation across multi‑channel channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and AE to optimize messaging and scoring.
• Consult with prospects, uncover pain points, and articulate AI‑first value.
• Leverage tools like HubSpot, Clay, Mixmax, and Sales Navigator to personalize outreach.
• Document outreach processes and run A/B tests to improve response rates.
• Qualify and hand off leads, ensuring smooth transitions to AE.
• Represent the brand with empathy and curiosity in every interaction.
