Job summary

Datasite is seeking an outbound sales professional to own the top of the funnel for the Deals product, focusing on the AMER region and collaborating with AEs, Marketing, and Digital Growth. You will use AI to build targeted lists, craft sequences, and prep for calls, delivering high-quality opportunities to the AE team.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to raise the bar on outreach, qualification, and velocity, while leveraging Salesforce to manage the pipeline and ensure data cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or client-facing role.
• Using AI to prospect and personalize outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify pipeline across multiple channels (email, phone, social, chat).
• Support strategic accounts and participate in in-person meetings.
• Track activity in Salesforce and keep pipeline data current.
