Engine is seeking a Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Partnerships & Supply to own enablement for hotel and lodging partnerships. You’ll craft ongoing training, build playbooks, and drive AI-first initiatives to scale partner success.

You’ll report to the Revenue Enablement leadership and collaborate with Product, Growth, and Revenue Operations. Remote-friendly US-based candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in revenue enablement, sales enablement, sales training, or a customer-facing revenue role; 2+ years designing and delivering enablement or training programs.

Aufgaben

• Everboarding programs: plan, build, and deliver training after onboarding for partner and supply teams.
• Partner sales motion: develop certification programs, training, job aids, and playbooks for partner sales.
• Content & knowledge management: keep partner and supply docs current and accessible.
• Onboarding alignment: ensure onboarding learnings carry through as reps ramp.
• AI-first enablement: build AI-driven certs, job aids, playbooks, and knowledge resources.
