Engine is seeking a Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager, Partnerships & Supply, to lead enablement for hotel and lodging partnerships. You will own ongoing enablement, everboarding, and AI-first training to scale partner programs and drive growth.

Remote work in the US is available with travel expectations to collaborate across teams. You will design certification programs, playbooks, and job aids, partner with product and revenue teams, and measure impact of enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or a customer-facing revenue role and 2+ years designing training programs.
