Job summary

Cox Automotive Canada is seeking a Sales Strategy & Enablement Director to drive the AI vision and roadmap for Sales and the SBO organization. You will act as AI Ambassador, coordinating across Sales Analytics, Business Process Design, Technology, Sales, and SBO teams to shape the future seller experience.

The role requires leading enterprise-wide transformation, developing investment roadmaps, and ensuring governance alignment with enterprise AI policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of strategy, transformation or senior operations.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing, implementing, or advising on AI solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate multi-year strategic visions and translate them into actionable roadmaps with measurable milestones.
• Experience with enterprise AI and agentic technologies, including tools such as Claude and Copilot M365, with the ability to advise teams on how AI can effectively integrate with Salesforce, CPQ, sales enablement, and conversation intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drives the CAI Sales and SBO AI vision and roadmap forward.
• Serves as the designated AI Ambassador for the Sales and SBO organizations.
• Guides teams through development and implementation of AI solutions.
• Leads organizational readiness and positioning for incoming AI capabilities.
• Contributes to the strategic change narrative for sales leadership.
• Owns mechanisms for capturing seller feedback and aligning with roadmap decisions.
• Defines vision-level success criteria and transformation measurement frameworks.
• Drives strategic tool rationalization and consolidation in the sales stack.
• Creates investment roadmaps and impact analyses.
• Represents Sales and SBO in enterprise AI policy and governance decisions.
• Partners with SBO to ensure smooth handoffs between strategy and execution.
• Supports development of governance frameworks and handoff protocols.
