Cox Automotive is seeking a Sales Strategy & Enablement Director to drive the AI vision and roadmap for the Sales and SBO teams. The role serves as the AI Ambassador, coordinating enterprise AI governance, pilots, and evaluations across key functions to shape AI-enabled seller experiences.

The director defines evaluation criteria, sequencing for new tools, and investment roadmaps aligned with future budgets, partnering across Sales Analytics, Process Improvement, Technology, Sales, and SBO teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years strategy, transformation or senior operations.
• minimum 1 year designing or advising on AI solutions with demonstrated ability.
• Develop multi-year visions and actionable roadmaps with milestones.
• Experience with enterprise AI and agentic technologies; evaluate AI in sales tech.
• Strategic partner to senior sales leadership; translate priorities into strategy.
• Experience leading enterprise-level transformation in a matrix org; Prosci/ADKAR is a plus.
• Strong evaluation of emerging tech for fit and business impact; governance knowledge.
• Executive communication skills; create leadership-facing materials.
