Cox Automotive is seeking a Sales Strategy & Enablement Director to drive the AI vision and roadmap for the Sales and SBO organizations. This individual leads governance, pilot coordination, and tool convergence to shape the future seller experience.

The role partners across Sales Analytics, Process Design, Technology, and SBO teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI strategy and delivering measurable transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in strategy, transformation or senior operations.
• Hands-on experience designing or advising on AI solutions.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with milestones.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance and related security considerations.
• Strong communication of complex transformation narratives to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the AI vision and roadmap for Sales and SBO.
• Act as AI ambassador in enterprise AI governance and pilot coordination.
• Guide teams on AI solution development and integration with sales tech ecosystems.
• Lead readiness, criteria, and sequencing for new tools before build or pilot phases.
• Develop investment roadmaps and business cases for AI initiatives.
