• Drives AI vision and roadmap for Sales and SBO; tracks maturity and evolution of the roadmap.
• Serves as AI Ambassador, coordinating with enterprise AI governance and pilot programs.
• Leads readiness and sequencing for new AI capabilities entering build or pilot phases.
• Communicates transformation narratives to sales leadership and the field organization.
• Defines success criteria and ROI measures for seller and SBO experiences.
