Job summary

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of strategy, transformation, or senior operations.
• At least 1 year of hands-on AI experience and ability to guide AI implementation.
• Proven ability to translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Experience with enterprise AI governance and change management frameworks.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Drives the CAI Sales and SBO AI vision and roadmap forward through the delivery system.
• Serves as the designated AI Ambassador for the Sales and SBO organizations in governance networks.
• Guides teams through AI solution design and integration with sales technology.
• Leads organizational readiness and sequencing for new AI capabilities.
• Contributes to transformation narratives for sales leadership and field organization.
• Owns mechanisms for capturing seller feedback to inform roadmap decisions.
• Defines vision-level success criteria and transformation measurement frameworks.
• Drives tool rationalization and consolidation across the sales stack.
• Develops investment roadmaps and impact analyses for future budgeting.
• Ensures alignment with enterprise AI policy and governance decisions.
