Cox Automotive is seeking a Sales Strategy & Enablement Director to lead the AI vision for the Sales and SBO organizations. This role drives roadmaps, engages in enterprise AI governance, and guides AI adoption across the sales tech ecosystem.

The position emphasizes strategic change management, executive communication, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure AI capabilities align with business needs and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or senior operations.
• 1+ year of hands-on AI solution design or advisory experience, with ability to evaluate AI use cases and guide implementation.
• Ability to translate multi-year visions into actionable roadmaps with milestones; experience in structured delivery (Agile/phase-gate).
• Deep expertise in enterprise AI and agentic technologies; ability to advise on integration with sales tech ecosystem (Salesforce, CPQ, enablement, etc.).
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive transformation initiatives across functions.

Responsabilités

• Drive the AI vision and roadmap for Sales and SBO, tracking progress and maturity.
• Act as AI Ambassador for Sales and SBO in enterprise AI governance and pilots.
• Lead readiness for new AI capabilities, develop evaluation criteria and sequencing for tool deployments.
• Communicate transformation narratives to sales leadership and the wider field organization.
• Create investment roadmaps and business cases for AI initiatives and tool convergence.
