Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of strategy, transformation or senior operations.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on AI experience designing, implementing, or advising on AI solutions.
Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate multi-year strategic visions and actionable roadmaps.
Experience with enterprise AI governance and change management frameworks.

Responsibilities

Drives the AI vision and roadmap for Sales and SBO, tracking progress and maturity.
Serves as AI Ambassador representing priorities in enterprise AI governance.
Guides teams in AI solution development and implementation with foundational readiness.
Leads readiness for incoming AI capabilities and sequencing before pilots.
Contributes to change narratives for sales leadership and field organization.
Captures seller feedback to inform roadmap decisions and transformation efforts.
Defines success criteria and ROI metrics for seller and SBO experiences.
Drives tool rationalization and consolidation across the sales tool stack.
Creates investment roadmaps and analyzes budget impact for AI initiatives.
Ensures alignment of Sales and SBO with enterprise AI policy and governance decisions.
Partners with SBO teams for smooth handoffs and governance execution.
