Job summary

Storable, a fully distributed company, is seeking a Training & Support Consultant to ensure world-class onboarding and day-to-day operations, leveraging AI-enabled solutions to scale exceptional experiences for a growing global customer base.

You will be the primary contact for Newbook clients, delivering 1:1 and group training, diagnosing complex issues, validating data before go-live, and collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and other teams to surface feedback and reduce repeat issues.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer or technical support for SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of property management or reservation SaaS platforms.
• Ability to independently resolve Tier 2/3 issues while meeting SLA/CSAT.
• Experience delivering customer training (onboarding, webinars, product education).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; builds client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, delivering support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues using structured troubleshooting and escalation.
• Utilise AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting and improve documentation.
• Plan and deliver 1:1 and group training sessions for Newbook users.
• Tailor training content to each client’s goals and configuration.
• Prepare clients for go-live with data validation and guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions in CRM and knowledge systems.
• Collaborate with Product/CS teams to surface feedback and improve the client experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows with AI and process improvements.
