Stability AI is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide responsive technical support across a globally distributed organization. You will help employees resolve day-to-day technology issues and support onboarding, device provisioning, access management, and asset tracking.

The role emphasizes learning emerging technologies such as AI productivity tools and automation while collaborating with Security, Legal, Finance and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or help desk roles.
• Foundational knowledge of macOS and Windows devices.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and device-management tools.
• Basic understanding of identity and access management, SSO and MFA.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requests.
• Interest in AI and emerging workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support across hardware, software, identity, network and cloud apps.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding including device setup and provisioning.
• Configure and manage laptops and IT equipment.
• Support Google Workspace, Kandji/Iru and core workplace systems.
• Assist with access management, SSO, MFA and endpoint security.
• Troubleshoot macOS and Windows; possibly support Linux.
• Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT/Security teams.
• Help with security best practices and compliance tasks.
• Look for workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with People, Security, Legal, Finance and Engineering.
