Job summary

Enter is hiring a Technical Customer Success Associate to serve as the primary face of our client accounts at the intersection of client management, project execution, and AI workflows.

This role is an operational launchpad. You will own client relationships, manage implementations, and leverage AI tools to scale your impact. High performers may transition into Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, or Operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a customer-facing or project management role within B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on familiarity with project management software (Notion, Asana, Linear, Jira, Monday.com).
• Demonstrated technical curiosity (APIs, light scripting in Python/JS, or no-code automations).
• Healthcare experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Own Account Relationships: act as the trusted contact for healthcare clients and run regular meetings.
• Drive Implementation Projects: manage onboarding timelines, feature rollouts, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Operate AI Workflows: use LLMs and automations daily to solve client challenges and analyze metrics.
• Partner with Product & Engineering: gather feedback and help scope new AI features with technical teams.
