Job summary

Storable is seeking a Training & Support Consultant in Austin, TX to ensure Newbook clients receive world-class onboarding and ongoing support. You will blend product knowledge with strong communication to help clients maximize value from the platform.

You will use AI-enabled tools to improve troubleshooting, documentation, and training quality while collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams to scale exceptional experiences globally.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer or technical support in SaaS
• Experience training customers or onboarding users
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Familiar with AI-assisted tools for support and documentation

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact delivering support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with structured troubleshooting.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting and improve docs.
• Plan and deliver 1:1 and group training sessions.
• Prepare clients for go-live with data validation and configuration guidance.
• Maintain documentation in CRM and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to surface feedback.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and use AI to improve outcomes.
