Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist in Massachusetts to support peak seasons on the Service team. You will help ensure vehicles are delivery-ready, assist technicians with basic tasks, and learn through Rivian's TRAIL program and RLN modules.

This entry-point role offers hands-on development toward a future as a Service Technician, with opportunities for cross-functional support and a strong focus on training objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical experience in automotive repair, mechanical maintenance, or related field is highly preferred.
• Desire to learn, adaptable, and enjoy hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Maintain vehicle quality and readiness through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Manage vehicle logistics, including lot organization and key management.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks under supervision.
• Participate in the TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network for career growth.
