Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join our Service team during peak seasons. You will help with vehicle intake, cleaning, and readiness while supporting technicians and learning Pre-Delivery Inspection tasks.

This entry point emphasizes hands-on training through the TRAIL program, RLN modules, and mentorship, with a path toward becoming a Service Technician and long-term growth at Rivian.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical experience in automotive repair or related field preferred.
• Strong desire to learn, highly adaptable, and a hands-on mindset.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & site operations: receive, inspect, process inventory, wash/detail, charge, organize lot, secure keys, maintain 5S.
• Service production support: assist technicians with basic repairs, learn to use hand and power tools under supervision, maintain tool readiness.
• Training & career development: participate in TRAIL program, mentorship, RLN modules, pursue Service Technician pathway, cross-functional site support.
