Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods, helping ensure vehicle readiness, smooth operations, and high-quality service at Rivian centers across multiple locations.

This entry-point role offers hands-on learning through the TRAIL program, mentorship, RLN modules, and a path toward a Service Technician career, with flexible 40-hour weeks and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical experience or adjacent technical industry preferred.
• Desire to learn, adaptable, hands-on worker.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean record.
• Able to work a flexible 40-hour week including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic tools.
• Comfort working with customers and partners in Rivian facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle and site operations tasks: inspect, process, and prepare incoming vehicle inventory; maintain cleanliness and 5S standards; manage logistics and key handling.
• Provide service production support: assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks; safely use hand and power tools under supervision; ensure tools and equipment are ready.
• Engage in Training & Career Development: participate in TRAIL program; receive mentorship and on-the-job training; complete RLN modules; explore pathway to Service Technician.
