Job summary

Rivian in Virginia is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will be on the front lines helping ensure every Rivian is ready for delivery and adventure, with a hands-on development path toward a Service Technician role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous technical experience or adjacent technical industry preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Site Operations: receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Wash, detail, and charge vehicles to maintain readiness.
• Manage vehicle logistics including lot organization and key management.
• Maintain a clean, safe service center per 5S standards.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks.
