Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to support our Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will help with vehicle intake, inspection, detailing, and logistics to keep Rivian vehicles ready for delivery and service.

This role offers hands-on training through the TRAIL program, exposure to PDI tasks, and a pathway toward a future as a Rivian Service Technician, with growth across three core areas and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical exposure (auto repair, mechanical maintenance, electrical) preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and hands-on aptitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Maintain vehicle readiness through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Support vehicle logistics, including lot organization and key management.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks.
• Participate in TRAIL program and pursue service technician career path.
