Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join the Service team during peak seasonal periods. You’ll help with vehicle inventory, detailing, and logistics while supporting technicians on basic repairs and PDI tasks.

This entry point offers hands-on training and a clear pathway toward a Service Technician career. You’ll participate in the TRAIL program, complete RLN modules, and gain mentorship to grow within Rivian.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience or interest in technical trades is highly valued.
• Strong desire to learn and adaptability with hands-on work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support across vehicle operations, site operations and tooling readiness.
• Assist technicians with basic vehicle tasks and Pre-Delivery Inspection work.
• Participate in Rivian Learning Network modules and TRAIL program for growth.
• Provide cross-functional support to ensure smooth service center operations.
