Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist in Malvern, PA to support seasonal peak periods. You will help keep Rivian owners on the move by managing vehicle inventory, prepping vehicles, and assisting technicians with basic tasks as you learn hands-on skills for a future Service Technician role.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a hands-on training path through Rivian's TRAIL program and RLN modules, with opportunities for growth within the service organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & Site Operations: receive, inspect, process incoming vehicle inventory; maintain quality and readiness through cleaning, detailing and charging; manage vehicle logistics and 5S compliant workspace.
• Service Production Support: assist technicians with basic repairs, learn to use hand and power tools under supervision; ensure tool readiness.
• Training & Career Development: participate in TRAIL program, receive mentorship, complete RLN modules, explore a path to Service Technician.
