PAVOTEK designs and manufactures first-class electronic and embedded system solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders. These solutions include IP network communication devices, communication/control systems, power transmission/distribution units, unmanned avionics systems and systems that make energy distribution efficient.

• Develop and Implement Power System Solutions: Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions that enhance the reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance of avionics power systems
• Develop and Implement RMST Solutions: Provide leadership and contribute to processes in designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions that enhance the reliability, maintainability, safety, and testing of our systems
• Adherence to DO-254 Standards: Ensure all engineering practices and outputs comply with DO-254 standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and compliance
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of engineering efforts
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability and safety of our systems
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, technical issues, and solutions to stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into engineering practices
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality through meticulous testing and validation before release

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant discipline will be considered a plus
• At least five years of experience
• Expertise in Power System Design: Demonstrated expertise in the design, development, and optimization of power systems, with a particular focus on avionics applications
• Advanced DO-254 Projects: Experience in leading or significantly contributing to advanced projects involving DO-254 compliance and standards
• Aerospace or Defense Industry: Prior work experience in the aerospace or defense industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with other relevant regulatory standards and practices in addition to DO-254, such as DO-178, ISO 26262, or MIL-STD-882
• Technical Documentation: Extensive experience in creating detailed technical documentation specific to avionic systems and RMST engineering, including comprehensive design specifications, rigorous test plans, safety assessments, and thorough compliance reports in accordance with DO-254 standards
• Knowledgeable in using Windchill, IBM Rational Doors/JIRA/SVN
