Biofarma Pharmaceutical we are looking for an "Organizational Development Manager" to be assigned in Human Resources Department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in organizational development
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, performance systems, culture transformation, and change management
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement leadership development strategies aligned with company goals
- Develop and drive talent management practices, including succession planning
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management system
- Develop internal communication and engagement programs that support the transformation of organizational culture in line with corporate values
- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives and act as a key change agent
- Set training and development strategies; lead the creation of competency-based development journeys
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Drive employee engagement and experience initiatives, including measurement, analysis, and action planning
- Support organizational structuring, workforce planning, and process optimization from an HR perspective
- Track global trends and best practices in organizational development and adapt them to the company’s needs
- Report directly to the HR Director and collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure strategic alignment
