Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in engineering plastics or polymer compounding.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering technical solutions.
  • Preferably experience in automotive, E&E, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Develop new business opportunities and identify market needs.
  • Provide tailored engineering plastics solutions.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Regularly report sales performance and pipeline development.
  • Represent at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.

Sustainability is at the core of our strategy, with recycled and eco-friendly products reducing carbon emissions by up to 82%.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our growing polymer compounding team and drive our sales activities across target markets.

What we are looking for
