A leading company in the blockchain space seeks an experienced backend developer to engage in various development activities, including resolving blockchain problems and building high-scale backend services. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of engineering experience and a passion for innovative solutions.

- 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in backend development.
- Experience with cryptographic primitives and distributed systems.
Responsabilités
- Engage in development activities including coding and implementing solutions in blockchain.
- Analyze and resolve issues across the blockchain protocol.
Connaissances
We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures, including projects adjacent to our core businesses that are bootstrapped quickly with a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
- Engage in development activities including coding, proposing architectural decisions, participating in design and code reviews, and implementing solutions to complex problems, especially in blockchain protocols.
- Analyze and resolve challenging issues across the blockchain protocol.
- Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to build high-scale backend services.
- Maintain documentation of all code and functionalities.
- Work with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to enhance the tech stack for long-term initiatives.
- Passion for building first-class products that solve real-world problems.
- Experience with various technologies, quick learner, and a proactive 'get things done' attitude.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting stakeholder requirements.
- Humility to accept better ideas, eagerness to improve, openness to challenges and new possibilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to define and execute tasks independently.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and provide/receive feedback.
- 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably with backend development in languages like Go, Rust, Java, or Erlang.
- Hands-on experience with cryptographic primitives such as digital signatures, key exchange, and encryption.
- Basic knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms like Raft or PBFT.
- Interest or experience in Go or Rust; experience with blockchain internals is a plus but not required.
