About Our Client

Job Description

  • Acting as first point of contact for all HR related questions;
  • Delivering comprehensive HR support and implementing HR strategies;
  • Managing & implementing of all HR functions such as; compensation & benefits, performance management, recognition and reward, employee engagement, internal communication, onboarding, development processes;
  • Providing local perspective and input for HR related projects;
  • Ensuring that the HR practices and policies are in line with global guidelines, values, and applicable labor laws;
  • Coordinating all necessary HR related initiatives from the global headquarter;
  • Working closely with the outsource payroll company;
  • Promoting career development, coaching, and development planning for talent pool candidates;
  • Supporting and leading HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management, talent acquisition & retention and etc;
  • Reporting KPIs & managing HR budget process;
  • Creating a roadmap for internal and external communication, implementing internal events.

The Successful Applicant

Having a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Min 6-7 years of experience in HR; Knowledge of all HR functions; Having a general knowledge of labor laws and employment practices; Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs; Fluent in English.
