About Our Client

Our company is a large organization operating in the international transportation and foreign trade sector. Dedicated to providing high-quality services to its clients, our company is located in the Asian side of Istanbul.

Job Description

  • Contribute to company growth by increasing FCL and project volumes
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including those involved in tender processes
  • Analyze customer needs to develop tailored solutions and strategies
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep company strategies up to date
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by gathering regular feedback and continuously improving service quality
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities aligned with company goals
  • Prepare and present business reports to management
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or similar sales/customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to build and manage a strong network, particularly with companies operating in import/export and international logistics
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and marketing skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus
