Job Description

1. Monitor the accounting, tracking, and capitalization of fixed assets, ensuring accurate depreciation calculations and proper posting of hyperinflation adjustments.
2. Use the Asset Movement Tool, coordinate necessary actions, and follow up on invoicing processes.
3. Reconcile payroll and personnel costs, including payroll vs. payment, social security, personnel deductions, and mismatches in plant, activity, and cost centers.
4. Follow up on invoice processing backlog, guide ACN, and coordinate open invoice items.
5. Manage insurance policies, reconcile bookings, determine fair asset values, upload data to the global insurance system, and ensure property insurance policies are created.
6. Monitor balance sheet accounts regularly under your responsibility.
7. Handle expense charges, invoicing to suppliers, and follow up on quarterly reconciliations.
8. Calculate travel allowances and salary deductions from credit card and expense reports.
9. Participate in monthly closing activities, including provisions and prepaid expenses.
10. Follow up on installations, perform cost calculations, and bookings.
11. Support the independent audit process.
12. Make routine or business trips as needed for customer visits, regional meetings, or task performance, using the company or personal car upon supervisor approval.

The Successful Applicant
